How do I submit my proof of address (POA) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)?
Go to Profile and select Verification to complete your verification to meet Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
What are the supported POA?
Bank statement.
Credit card statement.
IBAN letter.
Utility bills such as landline/internet bills, or electricity and water bills.
Lease agreement or tenancy contract (for example, EJARI).
Title deed.
When submitting your Proof of Address (POA), please ensure the following:
The document must contain your residential address.
Bank statements, credit card statements, IBAN letters and utility bills must be issued within the past 3 months.
If you're submitting a lease agreement or tenancy contract, it must be current and valid.
Please provide a PDF file or a clear photo of the document; screenshots are not accepted.
The address on the document should match the residential information you provided during your identity verification.
The document must be in your name. If you live with parents or a spouse, you may include a supplementary document, such as a formal attestation from the property owner or leaseholder.
