OKX Sub-Affiliate rules
How can I become an OKX sub-affiliate?
You can work with your affiliates and earn commissions by sharing your sub-affiliate link and inviting your eligible friends to sign up and trade on OKX.
You can be a sub-affiliate to multiple affiliates. The commission rate is agreed upon between both you and your affiliate(s).
For details about sub-affiliate links, please reach out to your affiliates.
How can I earn commission as a sub-affiliate?
Your commissions are calculated in real-time and distributed to your funding account hourly.
You can check your progress data and the commissions on the Affiliates page.
Commission rates are the same for spot and derivatives and are set up by your affiliate.
You may not be able to earn commissions from users located in Prohibited Jurisdictions, as further defined below.
What data will my affiliate receive?
The Affiliate whose link you signed up through will receive information regarding your account and trading activity, for the purpose of calculating commissions payable to them under the Affiliate Program. This information may include: your personal data; profile details; UID; masked contact information; your country of registration; your verification status; your asset information; your transaction details; and the reasons for any attempted transactions being rejected. If you do not want an Affiliate to have visibility of any such information, do not sign up using an Affiliate link.
What are my ongoing compliance obligations?
You acknowledge that your role as an affiliate or sub-affilate includes engaging and educating your audience in a manner that adheres to the highest standards of integrity and regulatory compliance. Compliance with these obligations is essential to protect both your reputation and OKX’s interests. Accordingly, you expressly warrant and undertake to fully comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations, including, but not limited to, applicable anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, sanctions compliance, marketing and advertising laws, registration and licensing requirements, intellectual property and brand representation, and regulatory updates and changes. You further warrant that you are solely responsible for understanding and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, you have not relied on OKX for guidance or interpretation of these requirements, and you are obligated to independently ensure compliance with all relevant obligations.
Why could I be removed from OKX's sub-affiliate program?

Posting, linking, or submitting any links related to OKX on search engines, digital platforms, or any other online medium which could be accessible by individuals or entities located in the Prohibited Jurisdictions.
